  Includes Cost of Admission and Round-Trip Transportation to Lake Chapala, Mexico. 
  Termal Cosala is a hot springs spa with multiple thermal jacuzzis and various spa treatments to enjoy. Participants can bring snacks, but a full menu is available for purchase. A packing list will be provided.

• Airfare
  Participants are required to book their own flights to Guadalajara International Airport. Legacy will provide best days to book flights to Guadalajara International Airport. There are many direct flights from major cities in the United States to Guadalajara.
• Hotel Accommodations: Participants have multiple upscale and cost effective local options to choose from, including major hotel chains (RIU, Hilton, Marriott, Krysta Urban and many boutique hotels). Legacy will provide a discount code for the hotel of choice where all workshops will be held.
• Additional Leisure Transportation:
  Participants are responsible for any transportation outside of covered excursions, workshops and included meals.
• Additional Spa Treatments, Food & Drinks:
  Participants are responsible for any additional spa treatments while at Termal Cosala not included with the thermal spa cost of admission. They are also responsible for any food or drinks consumed at the spa.
• Nightly Dinners: Participants are responsible for nightly dinners and any meals outside of the daily workshop time. Guadalajara has hundreds of fine dining and authentic restaurants to choose from. Participants will have access to a vetted list of restaurants to try while in the city. Participants are encouraged to have an authentic travel experience including great local meals.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

1. A valid U.S. or foreign Passport is required. The passport must not expire for 6 months or longer (Expires after September 2025).
2. Travel insurance is highly recommended. This protects your trip investment should you not be able to attend for any reason. 
3. A word on airfare:
   Roundtrip flights can be booked to Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla Guadalajara International Airport (GDL). We suggest that you begin to look for your airfare early and turn on notifications for price trends. The best time to book is AFTER the holiday season to avoid excessively high fares. The best apps with price watch are 
   1. SkyScanner: The best source of realtime flights that is most cost effective. Flights can be filtered numerous ways for the best options.
   2. Hopper: Flights can be watched and notifications sent for price drops with the ability to pay for flights over time or all at once.
   3. Skiplagged: Flights can be booked at half price for carryon ONLY. No checked bags allowed through this app are allowed.
4. Hotel and AirBNB Accommodations: There are several upscale AirBNBs that can be shared with participants or used alone. Most major hotels are available in Guadalajara and within upscale shopping areas surrounded by many fine dining establishments that are within very short walking distance. Participants are encouraged to choose accommodations that fit their needs. 
5. Ground Transportation: Legacy will provide all roundtrip transportation to excursion and immersive learning experiences. Participants are responsible for all other transportation needs outside of this. This may include transportation to dinners, personal outings around the city, and transportation to and from hotels and the airport.
